Having problems getting motivated? Want to know the key? Or at least a few tips? In no particular order, here are a few pointers to help you move forward:

  • Give yourself permission to believe what you want is possible. Be positive. Visualise yourself where you want to be
  • What’s stopping you? Really? Get down to what it is. Face your fears and move forward to where you want to be
  • Start doing something, however small, to make progress and increase your confidence
  • Surround yourself with positive people
  • Allocate time daily to focus on where you want to be in your future
  • Being in the comfort zone can be nice for a while, but be willing to face discomfort. Keep on keepin’ on. Setbacks happen. Keep moving forward
  • Embrace and learn from your and others’ mistakes
  • There is power in your authentic self. Be confident in who you are. Look at the evidence in what you have already achieved
  • Reflect on your ‘why’. Why do you want to achieve this goals and take these actions? If you are unclear as to why you are doing something, it may impact on not only whether you achieve what you want, but whether you will take steps to even start the process
  • Finish what you start
